The usual suspects
Signing in
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and
enter your email — the reset link arrives within a few minutes (check spam if it doesn't).
FaithfullyGiving members: your FaithfullyLearn login is the same account, so resetting it
there works too.
That means your congregation's subscription doesn't include FaithfullyLearn yet. If you're
a church administrator, add it under Billing → Subscriptions in
FaithfullyGiving ($9/month) or start a standalone plan; otherwise, ask your church's
administrator — the page you landed on has the details.
Members join through their congregation — a church administrator adds them or shares the
church's invite link. Once they're in, the whole library is theirs; there's nothing to buy
individually.
Watching
First try a refresh, then another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox are all
supported). Church and school networks sometimes filter streaming media — if video plays
at home but not in the building, ask whoever manages the network to allow the app's
media host. Still stuck? Email us with the series name and what you see.
Progress saves as you watch and when you navigate between sessions, and it's tied to your
sign-in. If a session shows unwatched, make sure you were signed in while watching (the
public preview doesn't track progress) and give it a moment to sync before closing the tab.
Publishing & billing
Open the submission under Share to Catalog and read the reviewer notes —
every rejection comes with them. Revise the series and resubmit any time; there's no limit
and no penalty. Your private channel version is untouched either way.
Plans are month to month — $19 standalone or $9 as a FaithfullyGiving add-on, whole
congregation included. Manage either from your church's Billing page, and see
pricing for the details. Anything odd on an invoice, email us and
we'll sort it out.
